Our tutors undergo a rigorous selection process. They must have a degree in their subject area, pass our comprehensive subject tests, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. We also conduct background checks on all our tutors.

Our standard sessions are 60 minutes long, but we offer flexibility. Some students prefer 30-minute sessions, while others opt for 90-minute sessions. We can customize the duration to suit your needs.

Absolutely. We want you to have the best learning experience possible. If you're not satisfied with your current tutor, please let us know and we'll match you with a different one at no extra cost.

We understand that schedules can change, but we also value everyone's time. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
For client cancellations:
If you cancel more than 48 hours before the scheduled session, there is no charge.
If you cancel between 24-48 hours before the session, you will be charged 50% of the lesson fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session, you will be charged 100% of the lesson fee.
For tutor cancellations:
If a tutor cancels within 24 hours of the session or fails to show up, your next session with that tutor will be provided at half price.
We recognize that extreme circumstances can arise. In such cases, we may waive these policies at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience an emergency that affects your scheduled session.
